“Fixing Advertising’s Talent Crisis” will explore the many facets of talent management and uncover options for how to transform and revitalize the industry at-large. We’re looking to outside companies to bring perspective in.  Confirmed panelists include: Bob O'Leary, Global CMO of Citibank, Marc Mathieu, SVP marketing at Unilever, Emily Lawson, partner at McKinsey heading Talent management, and Grant Duncan, head of media practice at Spencer Stuart. The panel will be moderated by Andrew Benett, Global CEO, Arnold Worldwide.
