Two conferences each morning based on the hot topics of our industry (we are already in contact with some of you regarding the content of these conferences and we will get back to you shortly).

We will be in the middle of the 2010 World Cup taking place in South Africa. Therefore, afternoons will be dedicated to soccer with two matches at 4 pm and 8.30 pm (screens will be available on the terrace)

Thursday 4.00 pm Italy-Slovakia - 8.30 pm Netherlands-Cameroun
Friday 4.00 pm Brazil-Portugal - 8.30 pm Spain-Chile

Amenities offered by Havas include drinks all day long and sandwiches + beer for the evening matches (8.30 pm ONLY).

On Thursday, we will organize a private lunch reserved for VIP clients and a selection of journalists.
(either on the beach or on the terrace).

Do not hesitate to invite your clients and to give us their names as well as the names of internal people accompanying them
(please send details to Ghislaine).

On Thursday night, starting from 10.30 pm, we will be hosting a concert organized by The:Hours on the Havas Café terrace.
(the name of the artist will be announced at a later date).
